Ministry Leaders
Mark Russell accepted the Lord has a young teen. He was brought up in a Christian home, but stumbled along in his walk. Mark has worked with men in several capacities including small group mentoring and staffing various men’s experiential weekends throughout the US. He is active in leading a weekly men’s support group at his home church in Novi, Michigan. Mark has been married for over thirty years and has two adult children.
Michael Dickson surrendered his life to Jesus in 1999. After living his first few years as a born-again Christian luke-warm in his walk with The LORD, Mike began to actively seek God's healing and spiritual growth. He has participated in and led several Christian small groups and retreats and has been an active leader of mens ministry in his home church.
Mike and his wife have been married since 1997 and they are blessed with two children.

Rick Beemer - Rick gave his life to Christ in 1979. He and his wife, Candi, (25 yrs) have five children. Rick has devoted his life to the inner healing needs of the Body of Christ, especially to men who are seeking to fulfill God's plan for their lives.
Tim Broe - Tim is a believer, and follower of Jesus Christ. He continuously surrenders his will to the will of Jesus Christ. Tim has a passion for the rehabilitation of men who have a need to heal from their brokenness, to become whole and be the spiritual leaders God intended them to be. He is active in his church and its church plants and has a heart for missions. He is married to his best friend, Ellie, for over 25 years and has been blessed with three sons.
Jamie Langan - Jamie accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior when he was 18 at a winter retreat for teens. Since then, he has served in churches and church plants in NY, PA, IL, VA, and MI. God has definitely inspired Jamie with a passion to serve as a staff facilitator with Edge Venture. Jamie and his wife Kristine have been married for 12 years and have 3 children.
